[Lpk-rules] Testing the mailing list

Time works for me.

I was on the previous rules committee, Dale.  All I remember for sure is
that Ken was the previous rules committee Chair.  I believe Cranley may
have been either the Secretary or Vice Chair.  In general, the members I
remember on it were myself, Ken, Randall, Wiest, April Colling, and Mark
Gailey.
