<p>Time works for me.<br /><br />I was on the previous rules committee, Dale. All I remember for sure is that Ken was the previous rules committee Chair. I believe Cranley may have been either the Secretary or Vice Chair. In general, the members I remember on it were myself, Ken, Randall, Wiest, April Colling, and Mark Gailey.</p>

<p>I should be okay with that date/time. I don't know whether or not we need an official motion, as long as we have at least a quorum of us that agree on the date/time. </p>
<p>Who were the previous chair, vice chair and/or secretary of the rules committee? And did they all get reelected to cmte. at convention? </p>
