[Lpk-rules] Testing the mailing list

I should be okay with that date/time.   I don't know whether or not we
need an official motion, as long as we have at least a quorum of us that
agree on the date/time.  

Who were the previous chair, vice chair and/or secretary of the rules
committee?  And did they all get reelected to cmte. at convention?
