[Lpk-execomm] Email motion Hyatt Regency Feb 21 for state convention

After being forwarded the information about the venue, I have 2 main
concerns:

1. No outside food or drink is permitted at all. Any violation results
in a fine.
2. The room size is too small. With both meeting rooms combinedd --
which is what I hope we're reserving here -- it seats 54 people
classroom style. Wasn't that the exact number of people we had last
year? Unless we're expecting a smaller crowd, this venue is too small.

I do see that it includes A/V with a projector. I like that a lot. Andd
the contract does state that we can bring in outside sound. That's
perfect.

So I think my main concern is the size. It's just not big enough, IMO.
