[Lpk-execomm] Email motion Hyatt Regency Feb 21 for state convention

The venue doesn't have in house pa and was releaved i had alternative 
arrangements.  The link to the menu was included in the pdf attached in 
the original motion email.   As for capacity concerns they said they 
could do 60 in classroom style.   If we start going beyond that we can 
do some other tweaking of the space.
