[Lpk-execomm] Email motion Hyatt Regency Feb 21 for state convention

I have several questions:

1. My primary concern is that we just did the Bluegrass region. If I 
recall correctly, we've been doing the Bluegrass region a lot in recent 
years.
2. Are meals included in the Early bird and regular rate?
3. What are the actual costs of everything?
