   Subject: [Lpk-execomm] Email motion Hyatt Regency Feb 21 for state
   convention

   I move that the Party hold its 2026 State Convention on February 21,
   2026, at the Hyatt Place Hamburg, Lexington, Kentucky, with a total
   budget not to exceed $3,000.
   Be it further moved that registration fees be established as follows:
   $40 — Early Bird rate, available through January 21, 2025;
   $50 — Regular rate, from January 22 through February 15, 2025;
   $75 — Late rate, from February 16 through February 20, 2025 (no meal
   included);
   $100 — On-site registration, February 21, 2025 (no meal included).
   Be it further moved that the venue be reserved from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00
   p.m. to allow sufficient time to complete the full agenda.
   Consider me in favor of this motion when the time comes
