[Lpk-execomm] Treasury Report

Going forward, we need to work on our forms on the website to make sure 
dues get put into a "Dues" category and that other donations (events, 
affiliate pass-throughs, etc) are all properly tagged as such. This will 
make the task much simpler long-term. Even with the report, there's 
still manual work that needs to be done, which is frustrating. And 
that's not blaming anyone - I have partial control over all of that and 
so it's on the to-do list of things to improve.

We do need to be sure that all manual transactions (eg. physical checks) 
get put into the CRM and classified correctly, to make this report work 
long-term.
