Sorry for missing the call Thursday, as I said in my original email we 
had a major problem at work last week, I ended up working until almost 
midnight that night :(

We currently have 12,249.14 in the bank, with 3,574.23 of that due to 
various affiliates as outlined below. Thanks to our fabulous IT Director 
Ken for getting a report in the CRM to get this information, that's 
orders of magnitude easier than getting the numbers from Stripe and 
manually looking up each person to find what affiliate(s) get money for 
their donation. This takes into account checks that had been sent in the 
past, and I verified that all previous checks have been cashed or 
otherwise accounted for (one county had apparently folded after I sent 
the check, they reached out and I asked them to write "void" and shred 
it)

I don't know if that will render correctly in everyone's email client, 
so I've attached a screenshot. And here's a list of the totals per 
affiliate:

District 1: 241.38

Barren County: 101.55
Bullitt County: 308.27
Hardin County: 212.52
Warren County: 291.03

Monday I will be checking the CRM to find the current Treasurer for each 
affiliate listed and calling them to verify their mailing address is 
still correct there, if one isn't listed I'll call their Chair and find 
out who should be listed. Once I have that verified I'll send out 
checks. I don't want to start making those calls tonight because I don't 
know if everyone is still awake
