[Lpk-execomm] Committee Elections at Convention

I think we have some committees that get elected at convention.
Specifically I think Membership Review gets completely flipped, and
Elections is half flipped.  That may not be reflected in the current
agenda, and assuming no one objects I'd be coll with Chris slapping
those elections into the agenda wherever it fits. :)  We can still tweak
until the notice is sent out on Dec 15th.
