Knights - 150 classroom style (lounge/kitchen area, we can cater 
ourselves or have someone  local - no contract required)

Sure Stay - 75 classroom style (b/c it's a hotel, they typically require 
to cater themselves or hire a professional caterer, but I don't know for 
sure)
