The upside to Knights/Event Center is two fold 1) it has it's own 
kitchen, bathroom, and smoking area, and 2) room is large enough for 
overflow if needed.

Ken can speak more on Sure Stay but it is obviously cheaper and folks 
staying in Bardstown can just stay here. There will need to be a block 
of rooms reserved though, and we won't be able to begin until 10:30am 
(the conference room is also their breakfast area).
