All,

The attached is my combined Political Division report for the reporting
months of September and October.

I do think we need to figure out soon what our priorities will be for
2024. National's cash on hand continues to decline, the debts continue
to increase, and there's really no guarantee as to whether we would get
ballot access funding for our lone statewide race next year.

We already have a looming legal battle in McHenry County with LPIL as
the defendant, and other legal battles in which we would be the
plaintiff, things relating to our fiscal condition will be tight enough
as it is. If we still decide to pursue the POTUS race, then we need as
much financial support as possible to help cover a significant shortfall
should National choose not to support our drive. Anything that would
meet our budget line for ballot access would be gratefully appreciated,
as we've fallen short of those goals in the past few years.

At the same time, our candidates at the local level should not be
ignored or neglected. We've made that mistake over the years by
prioritizing statewide candidates over local candidates. We need a
delicate balance to support both. Unfortunately, with only one statewide
race, helping our local candidates -- primary and general -- is
currently a much higher priority in 2024 that the POTUS race.

We need to let the Republicans and Democrats playing games with some of
our hard-earned primaries that we're not effing around. We're the bear
that they've been poking for 50+ years, and it's time for them to
discover the outcome of "F around and find out." They should have
learned their lessons from the numerous lawsuits we've won against the
government, but they still haven't to this day. They still continue to
intrude and rule where we can and cannot hold our primaries.

I'm getting sick and tired of the duopoly's (as in the socialist
Democratic Party and the Democrat-lite party known as the Illinois GOP)
crap and you should too.
