A ton of IT Web and tickets and Convention prep projects in October; 
briefly:

11 Tickets, 7 Convention-related, 4 Illinois business-related.

- No further reports past month of phishing/spoofing in email (let us 
know if this is not the case)

- 2 Grasshopper (phone service) message received / Vmail transcribed)

- 1 Affiliate update request (DeWitt)

- Collaborated with National CTO and affiliate division directors on 
path forward for fixing voter demographic information

Also, feeling slightly more confident in our email platform and 
tightened security, I am attaching the October report document also.
