[LPGa Executive Committee] Radical Caucus Resolution Proposal

To be fair, the resolution does include removing all government welfare
programs as a premise. And it's not worthless given it does actually
reflect the LP platform. It's not detrimental to communicate the ideas
that we, as an organization, believe in.
Is the ExComm just not very interested in moving on this? Not hearing a
ton of feedback except the Nays. Had some positive feedback in the Slack
channel.
