Seeing co-sponsors to move to amend something previously adopted
I do feel we were rushed into not making further amendments and something got lost in the shuffle last night and that is the whereas clauses. The LNC did not agree it was impossible to conduct an inpeson convention and yet that is what one of the whereas clauses says. I seek co-sponsors to strike the whereas clauses. I am open to new ones once those are struck. * In Liberty,* * Personal Note: I have what is commonly known as Asperger's Syndrome (part of the autism spectrum). This can affect inter-personal communication skills in both personal and electronic arenas. If anyone found anything offensive or overly off-putting (or some other social faux pas) in an actual email, please contact me privately and let me know. *

Can we simply change it to "impractical to accomplish within all time frames required for our presidential ticket to appear on the ballot in all 50 states."
I believe that impracticality meets the guidelines suggested by both our legal counsel and our parliamentarian, and would suffice without causing issues with the rest.
Just my suggestion, feeling that your point is valid, but not wanting the body to feel like we are going into another huge debate and resist on those grounds.

Let's see it in the final form for a motion and I'll likely co-sponsor. --- Sam Goldstein, At Large Member Libertarian National Committee 317-850-0726 Cell On 2020-05-10 05:44, john.phillips--- via Lnc-business wrote:

I have not forgotten but I may be asking for something different so I am giving it some time to think through legal and practical implications.
