[Lnc-business] Seeing co-sponsors to move to amend something previously adopted

I do feel we were rushed into not making further amendments and something got lost in the shuffle last night and that is the whereas clauses. The LNC did not agree it was impossible to conduct an inpeson convention and yet that is what one of the whereas clauses says. I seek co-sponsors to strike the whereas clauses.
