Absolutely, tho lets let others chime in first.  We all had a very long day yesterday and not everyone runs on as little sleep as us.

I am fine with that.  Would you co-sponsor that?

Can we simply change it to "impractical to accomplish within all time frames required for our presidential ticket to appear on the ballot in all 50 states."

I believe that impracticality meets the guidelines suggested by both our legal counsel and our parliamentarian, and would suffice without causing issues with the rest.

Just my suggestion, feeling that your point is valid, but not wanting the body to feel like we are going into another huge debate and resist on those grounds.

I do feel we were rushed into not making further amendments and something
got lost in the shuffle last night and that is the whereas clauses.  The
LNC did not agree it was impossible to conduct an inpeson convention and
yet that is what one of the whereas clauses says.

I seek co-sponsors to strike the whereas clauses.  I am open to new ones
once those are struck.
