Budget/EC role question

Now that I have been through my first budget on the EC (and third on the LNC), I have a question on the initial review by the EC. As it was explained to me that is the whole point of the project, that data flow up and down the chain. I am unsure of how far along implementation is tho. Fwd: Submissions for the issues section of the web site.

Does anyone have a viable solution that I can give to Mr. Wilson regarding a place to submit new issue sections for our website? I realize that there is a conflict between the Issues area and some redundancy with our platform, but he brings up a good point regarding having things available for local candidates. I also note that if there is a way for him to submit his writings to someone, it is likely that there would be an approval process, etc. This is the second time Me Wilson has approached me about the Issues section and he is clearly willing to do some work to help us or staff on it, but I do not know where or to whom to point him to. Thank you in advance for your thoughts and comments.
