[Lpk-rules] Meeting room at Frankfort library and in-person meetings

The meeting space at the library is slightly limited.  Here's what they
currently have: 

11/9 - Sower Board Room 11:00 - 4:30 

11/9 - Community Room 12:00 - 4:30 

11/16 - Sower Board Room 9 - 1:30, 2:30 - 4:30 

11/16 - Community room 9 - 4:30 

I think we talked about having the meeting on 11/9.  If we're going to
do that, then we need to plan for 11AM setup, 11:30AM start, and crank
it out.  Or find an alternate location. 

Rooms in Frankfort's library can be scheduled up to 60 days ahead. I can
currently request any weekend in October and November. 

If we're going to be doing more substantive stuff, I think we should
plan on meeting a bit more often in person.   Here's a list of
non-holiday weekend left before the report is due:
