I went through EVERYTHING and found more non-substantive things that we
can talk about on the next call. I also made every proposal a "heading"
so if you're on a desktop there's an index on the left you can click by
proposal. I also made a notation on each proposal showing if it's
Substantive or Non-Substantive, and if it's Constitution, Operating
Rules, or Global.
I also have one that I'd like to move to reconsider at the next meeting
as well, as it's the same topic but I didn't propose a wide enough scope
originally.
