Folks, I've posted the PDFs on the website for

  * the Rules Committee report

I added a page for the Rules Proposals

listing both the committee report and Ken's proposals.

I added a link on the current governance page 
<https://lpky.org/about/governance/> to the Rules Proposals page.

I added links on the Convention Event page 
<https://lpky.org/event/2019-lp-kentucky-state-convention-2019-03-02/> 
to the Rules Proposals page and the Election Committee report.

I edited the blog post on the convention 
<https://lpky.org/2019/01/12/2019-ky-libertarian-party-convention/> to 
indicate that these reports are present.

The aforesaid blog post shows up on the lpky.org home page 
<https://lpky.org/>.

I haven't yet found the time to post html versions of any of these.
