[Lpk-rules] Meeting Location for 01/04/2020 meeting

All - 

After researching what was available, the Fairdale branch of the
Louisville Library is the likely location.  This was my 3rd choice, but
it was the only one with space available all day.  On Saturdays, the
library opens at 10am, and closes at 5pm.  They would like us to shut
down the meeting at 4:45pm so they can clean up and go home at 5pm. 
They are providing the large-screen TV and a computer, so we shouldn't
have any spin-up issues. 

So we can start the meeting at 10:15am and end at 4:45pm at the Fairdale
branch.
