All -

As of tonight, we have considered 61 proposals, and have unanimously
passed 60 of them; after compromises and addressing concerns. All that
have passed, have passed unanimously. This is a good sign for the
overall committee report at convention.

For those who were absent tonight, and as a reminder for those who were
there, we are NOT having a meeting on 12/18 and our next meeting is IN
PERSON on 01/04/2020 in the "southern Louisville" area. I am still
locking down the exact location.

PLEASE COME PREPARED FOR THE 01/04/2020 MEETING.

The 01/04/2020 meeting will be the LAST DELIBERATIVE MEETING for the
committee. Our report is due on 1/21/2020. I will need time to prepare
the report in the various formats requested, and then we will have one
meeting after 01/04/2020 to officially pass the report prior to giving
it to the State Party Executive Committee.

Right now there are 10 provisions proposed, left to be considered at the
next in-person meeting. You can read the current version of the report

IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER PROPOSALS (OR SUGGESTIONS FOR MODIFYING EXISTING
PROPOSALS) -- Please get them to me ASAP.

If you have any questions for me or about anything we've passed, please
let me know and I will be happy to discuss them with you.

Thank you all for taking the time to do this commas and semicolons work.
I know it's boring and awful at times, but I think we're going to
present a good package for the convention to consider.
