[Lpk-execomm] MOTION: Convention 2026 date, time, and location; and authorization to execute contract

Pursuant to the deadline established at our most recent executive 
meeting, by which alternative proposals were to be submitted by 
September 21st, I hereby move that--contingent upon the venue's offer 
remaining the same or varying by no more than 10%--we:
(a) Set the location of our 2026 Annual State Convention at Paroquet 
Springs for Saturday, February 28th, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
Eastern Time, with business commencing at 10:00 AM and adjourning at 
4:45 PM;
(b) Establish the following registration fee schedule:

  	* Early-bird: $50 (through January 1st)
  	* Regular: $65 (through February 14th)
  	* Late: $80 (through February 26th)
  	* At-door: $95;

(c) On behalf of LPKY, authorize the chair to enter into a contract with 
Paroquet Springs for the following services, including 2 meals 
(breakfast and lunch):
