[Lpk-execomm] Email motion Hyatt Regency Feb 21 for state convention

To be clear, the LPKY Constitution says 5 business days, not just 5 
days, within the section of the Constitution regarding email voting. 
Business days are generally considered Monday through Friday and exclude 
public holidays.

That said, I don't believe there will be any further discussion. I 
wasn't planning on any more. And since you all seem to be ready to vote, 
I'll vote too and we can assume no one will object.

Over my concern regarding the limited space, I am voting no.

The motion passes 3-1.
