[Lpk-execomm] Motion to endorse Matt Todd

Can they blame us?  That is not the concern I am trying to highlight.

My concern is someone running that we would never endorse and would not want to have a L by their name on the ballot.  That is why we need to better monitor. In my mind the opposite case of Matt.
