[Lpk-execomm] Affiliate Map troubles on the Website

A little extra context:
The "random" wipe out was when National made the map update that 
involved us sending you the map export; this was sometime around 
mid-to-late last year.  We had, literally, just updated it all and then 
suddenly, after this, it reverted on the site and I had to dig through 
options to get it back to what we had previously.
