[Lpk-execomm] Affiliate Map troubles on the Website

Hello Andy,

As any Geographic Information Specialist like myself will tell you, the 
cost of bad data can far outweigh no data.  Since I have been involved 
with Joe and Ken in trying to help keep our website updated in Kentucky, 
the affiliate page has been a constant struggle.  This has been the 
order of things over the past 2 years:
1.Ken had access to the html 5 add-on.
2.Joe only had access to the html 5 add-on.
3. I was given the html 5 add-on.
4. I finally got the map mostly up to date.
5. All my changes were randomly wiped out.
6. My ability to have access to the html 5 app was whiped and now only 
Joe can.

My suggestion is very simple.  Either all all district reps to have 
access to edit this map or just delete so Joe can add an easy table we 
keep up to date.  People need to be able to get onto our website and see 
accurate information.  2 years of run around is ridiculous.
