[Lpk-execomm] Convention Call - 2019 State Convention

In light of recommendations from Mr. Moellman, I have attached a 
revision with an updated agenda.

I would ask everyone to keep in mind the December 1, 2018 deadline on 
this, and the expectation that the agenda will be adjusted by this 
Committee as the convention grows closer (at least, that's how it 
usually goes).
