[Lpk-execomm] Convention Call - 2019 State Convention

Typically, at any convention, any standing or ad-hoc committee should
give its report. If nothing else, they should report on anything
substantive they did over the past year.
A Secretary's Report could also be done, outlining the substantive
action (motions that were passed) from the previous convention to
present, in order to promote transparency in the organization and make
the members more informed about what's being done on their behalf.
I'm also a fan of Officer Reports, generally. So your opening remarks,
as currently outlined in the Agenda, would really be the "Chair's
Report".
