[Lpk-execomm] Convention Call - 2019 State Convention

Nice catch on the Treasurer's report.  I'll see where that can fit.

As for the Elections Committee, there is a report on the certification 
of candidates after primary voting.  Is there expected to be an 
elections committee report at convention aside from that?
