I would just like to note that if the convention had been held a week
earlier, the cost per room would have been $70 per night instead of $120
per night. Also, in previous conversations with this facility, the room
rental rate would have also been about half as much if it were held
before March 1st.
When it goes on-season, it costs more. Unfortunately the current
Constitution does not permit this cheaper timing.

Dates: October 28 through March 1
Sunday through Thursday – 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Friday and Saturday – 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
