motion, moved by Ray Walden IV:

MOTION 1 (Walden IV) to nominate Angelina Santucci for Social Media 
Director.

Members of the board and Ex-com please REPLY ALL on this email with your 
name and a (yes/no/abstain). Election will remain open until 11:20 AM 
Friday 1/23, or until all members have voted, whichever comes first.
