The May 2024 IT Division report is attached and linked below.

Main highlights from the past month,

  	* Onboarding / Train the Trainer of CRM Training director Carrier and 
Web Division Director Weishaar
  	* Assessing long term options for CRM updates and impact to LP of 
Illinois with status quo (National updating servers, moving to 
Office365, etc, using Zoho for fundraising)
  	* Treasurer Clark notified and asked for investigation on Stripe 
payment processing.. confirmed other affiliates are observing similar 
issues and cause is tied to how domain name lp.org is being flagged by 
Stripe with new server integrations. After consulting other IT Divisions 
in similar setup, unclear if this is temporary or permanent issue.

	* AWS is ending support for WorkDocs, our Document Management system 
for the past 1 year.  It is also too expensive and we are over budget on 
this platform.

  	* Seeking assistance from IT Division and LP of Illinois membership on 
best platforms for document management
