Highlights include

- CRM train the trainer with new Directors Weishaar and Carrier

- Grasshopper phone service auto-renewal

- Two more new reported instances of attempted phishing spoofing a BoD/ 
Members email

- working towards a document management migration away from AWS WorkDocs 
by end of year (requesting BoD and SCC input on platforms)

Personal note: I will be missing tomorrow's BoD call live to attend to 
some family health matters.
