Assuming no one has offered to file in these counties, I can submit the 
paperwork in the following:
Bond County (Greenville)
Christian County (Taylorville)
Coles County (Mattoon)
Douglas County (Tuscola)
Effingham County (Effingham)
Fayette County (Vandalia)
Macoupin County (Carlinville)
Montgomery County (Hillsboro)
Moultrie County (Sullivan)
Shelby County (Shelbyville)

I cannot commit to the following at this time, but can if no one steps up:
