[LPIL - Board of Directors] Volunteers to Submit Write-In Paperwork

Thanks to those who have volunteered to turn in write-in paperwork and 
to those who have already done so. As of now, roughly 66% of the state's 
population will be able to write in Chase Oliver for President. However, 
we are not done yet.

Still looking for more volunteers, particularly in the Quad Cities area 
and south along the Mississippi, large swaths of southern and central 
Illinois, Kankakee County and vicinity, and elsewhere.
