LP of Illinois Board of Directors,

The April 2024 IT Division report is attached and linked to our WorkDocs

A few key highlights from this months' report to point out:

  	* Convention site - Archived / removed Vendor page.  Maintaining 2024 
Convention page with past-tense verbiage and option to upload top photos 
(thanks Lorraine Denardis Albert)
  	* Added new Ballot access petition page to lpillinois.org March 23rd
  	* Onboarding our new IT Division (motions on agenda for 4/23 meeting)
  	* Onboarding/Website updates for new SCC, Executive Committee and 
Division leaders in other divisions

  	* Amazon WorkDocs costs are rising and probably not sustainable 
without significant member / volunteer / financial growth.  IT Division 
will begin looking into alternate library stores for LP of Illinois 
Document library
  	* Grasshopper Phone service is working well and under budget

	* TWO IT Division Calls:

	* March 25:

  	* Andy Burns from AB Consulting on options for alternate version of 
CiviCRM for Illinois

	* April 2:

  	* National IT State Admins call which includes details on purpose of 
Zoho and Aristotle with current CIVI CRM platform which LP of Illinois 
and 20+ other affiliates use for free

KEY Takeaways:

	*

  	* Zoho deployment this month is for Fundraising functionality only, 
will flow into National AND affiliates databases
  	* Current CiviCRM platform is not going away; instead National is 
planning some upgrades this spring/summer
