I intend to nominate Stuart Straub to the SCC for CD-12 at our next 
Board of Directors meeting. He has been a member of LPIL for several 
years and is regularly attending online meetings.

Stuart, I'm attaching our Board of Directors Policy Manual and a FAQ 
sheet.

The State Central Committee represents the people of each Illinois 
Congressional District during regular meetings. The Committee is elected 
consistent with Illinois law and the Bylaws of the Libertarian Party of 
Illinois.

Much of the language in the bylaws is written for the future when we 
(hopefully) have more active chapters. Since we do not have an active 
chapter in your area, we can skip the County Committee stuff which means 
I can nominate you to be a Precinct Committeeman and State Central 
Committee rep in one motion.
