Good afternoon All,

IT Division report is shared here and through WorkDocs [1], pending any 
updates from our IT Division colleagues.

November 2023 Monthly report highlights:

15 new Convention tickets Since Oct 25 and all (happy to report) are now 
resolved.

2 new IT Operations tickets resolved (new SCC members)

Reminder - 4 days left (midnight after 11/25 black Friday) to contribute 
to Name our 2024 Convention Theme

Also, I will be with family this evening after the Convention committee
