As an aside / head up:

I am also planning to get myself (and any other of our IT Directors as 
they are able)  around to various chapters who I have not visited yet:

The goal of the visits is to...

-identify any IT Division-dependent needs of the local chapters

-Offer volunteer opportunities to chapter members with 
interest/background in CRM/Web hosting etc.

-Share contacts, resources,

-Get input on collaboration platforms and file-sharing best practices
