At some point we will need to agree upon and establish a new and secure 
document / filesharing management. It has occurred to more than one BoD 
member lately that the former Field Ops Director's personal GoogleDrive 
(among other locations in the cloud) are perhaps not the best places for 
documents used for party business.

With your input, the IT Division will soon work to have documents, media 
files, and other party business documents in "always used" location(s) 
for access and use by current members and with elevated access 
permissions as necessary and permitted in each Divisions' Operations 
manuals/appendices.  (it will be our IT Divisions' first new project / 
new business for 2023)

So for that initiative, Board member and volunteer/ State party member 
input and ideas are welcome and encouraged over the next few weeks.
