[LPIL - Board of Directors] 2023 Budget Draft

Hello All,

I've attached the draft copy of our 2023 budget. Please look it over as 
we will soon be meeting to place a vote on the attached budget(Not 
November's meet). A friendly reminder for our new faces on the 
BOD...Although our fundraising is public, our line item expenses are not 
so please do not post this budget anywhere public or send to anyone not 
on the BOD. Additional note, the budget shows us running with 0 profit 
which is not true as any budgeted profits are being put towards ballot 
access within the political division budget.
