[LPIL - Board of Directors] Resignation as Political Director

All,

Considering my previous remarks and the continued downward decline related
to the alt-right, authoritarian, anti-liberty regime, I express my regrets
to express the following:

I will no longer support a party that has outright chosen to eliminate a
woman's right to choose. The Mises Caucus has essentially decided that
abortion is murder and that they should now be treated as criminals, all as
we near a potential overturn of Roe v. Wade. This is a long-standing
platform plank that has existed since 1971.

I will no longer support a party that no longer acknowledges that "We
condemn bigotry as irrational and repugnant." Democrats and Republicans are
all bigots and liars, and every single agent that has joined the Mises
"Caucus" is also a bigot.

I will no longer support a party that thinks amending the platform at all is
a good idea. The 2018/2020 Libertarian Party platform is just fine as is.

I will no longer support a party that thinks discrimination against the
LGBTQIA+ community is acceptable. About a dozen friends of mine, both in the
community and activists in that community were assaulted this weekend, all
instigated by Mises Caucus members. At the same time, members of the Mises
Caucus have verbally wished for the death of Chair Whitney Bilyeu on the
YouTube livestream while she was medically indisposed due to illness. Many
of those remarks - in over 250 screenshots - were anonymously submitted to
me to the FBI. And then an unprovoked attack on a previous Chair. That is
disgusting behavior, and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the
law.

I will no longer support a party that has abandoned its founding principles
that it has held for over half a century.

With that said, I tender my resignation as Political Director of the
Libertarian Party of Illinois effective immediately. I also hereby drop out
of the State Central Committee race in the 15th Congressional District.

Simultaneously, both Tri-Counties Libertarian Party and Capital Area
Libertarian Party have formally dissolved, with any previous funds - roughly
$1,971 -- donated to those less fortunate in the area. Both pages will also
be unpublished in rather quick fashion.

I would say it was an honor to serve in this party for the past six years
out of nine years membership, but I just don't know what to think anymore.

The money this party still owes me for the background check services for
2021 and 2022, just donate the $300 and some odd change to a homeless
shelter.
