[LPIL - Board of Directors] Agenda for tonight's meeting

Just a quick thought…but shouldn’t we also be approving minutes from our special meeting two weeks ago. I know it was limited, but it’s still important to keep for the record and to approve. And despite there not being a quorum in the March meeting, the meeting minutes should have included all Executive Committee and Divisional Reports.

 

So based on that, there are minutes from two meetings missing for approval in addition to needing to approve minutes from February.
