[Lpganationaldelegates2018] Divest from the War Machine

[Ryan Graham]

Is this something we would even do as a delegation at convention or is
it something the LNC should do? 

I'm asking, in part, because I have a request from a non-delegate to
make a motion in support of the families being held by immigration.
