[Lpganationaldelegates2018] Question About LNC At-Large/Judicial Committee Votes

That was my goal 2 years ago, and we did propose a good change... however
it takes a 7/8 majority to change the SOP. I have some other ideas and I am
going to share them, but I think shorter the better. (brevity caucus).
