[LPGa Executive Committee] DRAFT Resolution - please review BEFORE ExComm

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Florida and Nevada don't have a
personal income tax to begin with, being states with high "tourism" taxes
on applicable businesses (ex. Hotel/motel and casino gambling). So their
inclusion in that line might not work. Also I might use include the wording
"as a result of the impact of the Covid-19 virus" after 2020 in that line.
Overall, the whole resolution looks pretty good, straight forward, and to
the point.
