[LPGa Executive Committee] DRAFT Resolution - please review BEFORE ExComm

Hello, ExComm Team!
I took the liberty of drafting a resolution for your consideration, 
asking the Georgia Assembly to indefinitely suspend individual income 
taxes in Georgia. Nine states currently don't tax individual income, and 
now is a perfect time to stimulate the economy by giving spending power 
back to the people.

Please jump into the Google doc to review, and suggest any changes or 
additions, BEFORE the ExComm call. Doing this in advance will (we hope) 
avoid the line-by-line review on the phone that we experienced with the 
cannabis resolution. We'll do that if it's absolutely necessary to get 
everyone on board, but if you know you'll want a say in the language we 
pass, please review in advance.
